Miniature doughnuts made out of polymer clay. I want to make a box for them but we don’t have a printer. >__>
My First dekoden! \o/
It is small and I know that dekoden stands for;
[デコ電] (also spelt as “Dekoden”) which is short for “Decoration Denwa” - “Denwa” meaning “Phone.”
I don’t know what to call it besides that. ^^;
I used a sauce container. Initially, I thought of using decorative cardboard boxes, but they are very expensive and of course less sturdy. I wanted it to look like a cupcake. It so happens that my icing tip is not the ideal kind that most dekoden makers use. I ended up using more acrylic silicone. :/ The decorations I used are beads, hand-crafted polymer clay pieces (chocolate bar, wafer sticks, strawberries and leaves, cookies) and some crystals. Let’s just call them bling. :3
When I get my hands on some acrylic paint, I will try to paint the container to make it look like a cupcake base. Pay day is only 3 days away~ <3
These were started last 13Nov2011 and finished tonight, 15Nov2011. I’m back to work so clay time has been cut short. Cupcakes and French macarons. Enjoy!

The bowl is shaped like a flower using a cookie cutter. Eat the ice cream right away or it will drip. :)

I randomly placed the eye pins. Where do you think is the best place to put them? That white thing is… I don’t know. The strawberry seems lonely so I made that to keep it company. <3 And yes, that’s supposed to be a strawberry.

I got some left over balls of blue clay and purple TLS from yesterday so I made this slice of blueberry cheesecake. I did not attach any headpin or eye pin, it is not to be used as an accessory. I guess I could say it is a miniature. o 3 o
Done glazing the top part. I have no printer so I can’t place a logo on its body. :(
Slices of bread toast. I wanted to draw a face on it but I’m scared to mess it up. DX You don’t know how hard it is to condition White Sculpey III. ; n ;
A head pin. I have no sculpting tool as of the moment. I would usually use a toothpick to texture the clay but the tip tends to break or wear out. I decided to use a sewing needle.The indention it makes is a lot smaller/finer. It is difficult to hold it in place so I made a small handle to solve the problem. You would say, “You could have just bought a headpin,” but I don’t have any right now and I don’t want to leave my house. Not with this downpour… >__>
